33-year-old get jail for stealing car batteries
A 33-year-old person was sentenced to one year behind bars for stealing three car batteries.
Police spotted the accused forcefully opening the bonnet of a car in the village of Hamala.
He was then seen going back to his own vehicle.
When police inspected his car, they found three car batteries in the trunk and he was immediately arrested.
The accused admitted to stealing the batteries with an intension to raise money by selling it.
