Deputy Premier receives UK Ambassador
Deputy Prime Minister HH Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Simon Martin here yesterday.
Shaikh Ali congratulated the recently-appointed UK Ambassador on his new assignment, and assured him of the support and assistance he will get from all Bahraini officials to facilitate his diplomatic duties in boosting the bilateral ties in all fields.
Praising the hospitality of the Deputy Prime Minister, the Ambassador lauded the Kingdom of Bahrain’s revival in the prosperous reign of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Ambassador Simon Martin pledged to exert all possible efforts to develop and boost the relations between the UK and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
