Alsayah Square opens the largest supermarket in Busaiteen

Alsayah Square, a unique, medical and commercial complex located in the heart of Busaiteen, recently announced the opening of Mega Mart, the largest supermarket in Busaiteen and Mega Mart’s 15th store in Bahrain.

Mega Mart is a renowned supermarket and has a well-established reputation for being the official distributor of British-owned Tesco products.

Designed as a full-service supermarket, Mega Mart covers a total area of 1,700 sqm split generously between two floors giving residents of Busaiteen access to a plethora of well-curated quality produce, local and imported foods along with essential household products.

Adding to customers’ convenience, Alsayah Square provides visitors not only easy access to the supermarket but also an ample parking space, delivering an easy, pleasant and satisfying shopping experience.

Commenting on the opening, Anil Nawani, General Manager at Mega Mart, stated, “It’s our pleasure & honour to tie up with Alsayah Square located in Busaiteen, the heart of Muharraq, to serve the local community.”

The supermarket boasts of an extensive range of ready - meals, deli and bakery products handpicked and customized to cater to the needs of the residents that make up the community.

Alsayah Square, spread over an area of 100,000 sq. ft., offers visitors an elevated shopping experience across a range of services including a pharmacy, optician, bank, telecom service, and a variety of international and local cafés and restaurants. Several stores have already opened including McDonald’s, Baskin’ Robbins, Dunkin’, Khafayef, Hashem Restaurants, Eye Vision and Cine Cafe.

Alsayah Square has received a lot of interest with brands such as Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Roast and Riffai opening branches at the complex shortly. Leasing is still underway for the remaining units and is managed by CBRE - a leading and integrated real estate services company
