Bahrain’s embassy in Islamabad in coordination with Foreign Affairs Ministry has contacted Bahraini citizens in Pakistan to ensure that they got vaccinated, instructing them on the mechanisms used to register for the vaccination.

This came in the implementation of the royal directive to vaccinate Bahraini citizens residing abroad against COVID-19 and in order to preserve the health and safety of citizens and support the national efforts led by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.

The ministry noted that most of the citizens registered at the embassy have got at least one dose of vaccine.

The embassy stressed that the campaign came from Bahrain’s keenness to make every effort to preserve the safety of citizens, noting that the ministry has cooperated and coordinated with the Ministry of Health and the diplomatic missions of Bahrain abroad to continue to take all measures in order to ensure the smooth execution of the vaccination process overseas.
