Muharraq Club President unveils Ahmed bin Salmeen street

In the implementation of the royal order from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to give the street near Muharraq Club the name “Ahmed Bin Salmeen,” Muharraq Club President Shaikh Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Khalifa unveiled the road sign that holds the name of the deceased Ahmed Bin Salmeen.
Muharraq Governorate Governor Salman bin Isa bin Hindi Al Mannai and the sons of the late were present.
The Muharraq club president expressed his sincere gratitude to HM the King for this humane gesture in appreciation of the deceased’s role and dedication to sports in the Kingdom, stressing that this comes within the generous care that the sports and youth sector in Bahrain enjoys from HM the King, and reflects his high humanity and generous support for all athletes.
On behalf of the family, Muhammad Ahmed Salmeen, son of the deceased, expressed sincere gratitude to HM the King for his order to name the street after their father, and expressed his great pride and thanks for HM’s care for the family, stressing that this lofty gesture reflects HM’s concern and care for all loyal sons of the country.
