The Philippine Embassy repatriated a Filipino Overseas Worker (OFW) who suffered a head stroke last February which left her partially paralysed. The woman is now reunited with her seven children in Solano, Nueva Viscaya, in the northern Philippines, whom she had not seen for seven years.

The Embassy, through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) ATN Fund and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Fund, shouldered the expenses of the tickets of the Filipina and her two medical escorts.
