Kingdom gives great importance to Bahraini youth

Information Affairs Minister and Board of Trustees Chairman of the Bahrain Institute for Political Development (BIPA) Ali bin Mohammed Al Romaihi has affirmed keenness to support Bahraini youth and adopt their creative ideas in various fields in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

The Minister cited the constant royal assertion of the importance of supporting youth and achieving their aspirations for the best interests of Bahrain and its people.

He stressed that the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, attaches great importance to youth, being the basis for development and a key factor in achieving national goals, because of their great ambitions to create opportunities and face all challenges with a team spirit.

Al Romaihi was speaking as he participated in the open meeting held within the second phase of the “Future Bet” Programme, organised by BIPD for the 18-29 age group. It features online training sessions and workshops on various issues.

The Minister asserted that the leader of youth work in the Kingdom, the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, assumes a great responsibility in supporting, advancing and empowering young people to be future decision-makers and leaders. He stressed that HH Shaikh Nasser’s leadership of this sector is a national success story of Bahrain.
