Philippine Embassy celebrates ‘victory and humanity’ in history

The Embassy of the Philippines in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Sentro Rizal-Manama join the nation in celebrating National History Month this August with the theme, “Celebrating Victory and Humanity”.
The Embassy is pleased to share the activities prepared by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) to celebrate, particularly to Filipinos residing and working in the Kingdom. The celebration gives special attention to the country’s pre-colonial ancestors who exhibited victory and humanity five centuries ago and how they inspired Filipinos throughout generations.
The Embassy and Sentro Rizal-Manama also join the Philippines’ Department of Foreign Affairs and our neighbours in celebrating the 54th anniversary of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
