HM King congratulates students on new academic year

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa congratulated the educational staff and students on the new academic year 2021-2022 and the students’ return to the public and private educational establishments.

HM the King praised the distinguished results achieved in the previous academic year thanks to the support of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the follow-up of the Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training. He also commended the remarkable efforts made to ensure sustainability of education despite the challenge imposed by the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic on the whole world.

HM the King voiced confidence in the Bahraini people to continue delivering and bringing about new accomplishments, describing the students as the real asset of the nation and the pillar of growth and prosperity. He affirmed continuous support to the educational process to boost the students’ creativity and equip them with modern skills so as to consolidate the kingdom’s standing as a model of coexistence, tolerance and enlightenment.
