HM King's speech roadmap for present, future national action: Speaker

A roadmap for present and future national action. This was how Council of Representatives Speaker Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal described His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s comprehensive and all-inclusive speech at the opening of the Shura and Representatives Councils’ fifth legislative term fourth session yesterday.

She lauded the royal keynote speech, affirming that HM the King’s directives support further national action and achievements, through fruitful executive-legislature cooperation.

The Speaker extended sincere thanks and gratitude to HM King Hamad and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for their constant directives to enhance cooperation between the Council of Representatives and the government, as well as to work together to achieve the royal aspirations for serving the nation and the citizens.

Zainal noted that national action requires the concerted tangible efforts of everyone to protect the top interests of the nation, and those of the citizens.

She indicated that the landmark achievements attained thanks to the royal care, as well as the efforts of Team Bahrain, led by HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister, are a catalyst for more determination to support all development fields and economic recovery.
