Deerat Al Oyoun begins sales of villas through Mazaya

The Housing Bank announced the launch of the final phase of the Deerat Al Oyoun project with 1,061 villas. The villas are for sale exclusively to Bahrain citizens eligible for the Mazaya programme for social housing and financing services provided by the Ministry of Housing. Price starts from BD108,000, and the sale goes live starting today.
“A fully furnished villa is available near Deerat Al Oyoun sales office for potential buyers to view the interior and exterior facilities of the villas on sale,” said Housing Bank official. The villas feature four bedrooms, two halls, a kitchen, a Majlis, four bathrooms, a garage for two cars and a back garden.
Each villa has a total built-up area of 227 square meters and a land area of 204.5 square meters. “We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the last phase of the Deerat Al Oyoun project,” said Bassim bin Yaqoub Al Hamer, the Minister of Housing and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Housing Bank.
“By offering these villas, we aim to provide a diverse group of social housing solutions to citizens in the Mazaya programme of the ministry,” he added.
“We continue to seek similar opportunities in partnership with the banking and private sectors to provide exclusive offers to ease the process of ownership in the project,” the minister further said.
