Reinforcing principle of fairness is basic pillar to enhance security and stability: HRH Prince Salman

It is important to continue developing the justice system that aims to reinforce the principle of fairness as a basic pillar for enhancing security and stability, which in hand contributes to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.

This was emphasised by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as he met yesterday with Supreme Judicial Council Vice President and Court of Cassation President, Counsellor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, at Riffa Palace.

Al Buainain presented to HRH Prince Salman a report on the initiatives to further develop the work of the judiciary.

His Royal Highness stressed the importance of continuing initiatives that invest in and support the development of the national workforce within the judicial branch.

He noted the importance of multilateral cooperation to holistically advance the Kingdom’s development.

HRH Prince Salman also highlighted the unwavering support provided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al to the Kingdom’s judicial authority.

Al Buainain expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness for his support, which contributes to strengthening the role played by the Supreme Judicial Council in guaranteeing the rule of law and protecting rights and freedoms.
