AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation offers congratulations on Bahraini Women's Day

HH Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa, Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees of AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, has congratulated HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and HRH Princess Sabeeka bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, HM the King's wife and President of the Supreme Council for Women, on Bahraini Women’s Day 2021.
HH Shaikha Zain expressed pride in the great achievements made by women during the prosperous era of HM King Hamad who has always called to empower women to lead in various fields, strengthening the principle of gender parity in assuming various positions, and reinforcing positive competition alongside men.
Hence, Bahraini women today have become active partners in Bahrain's comprehensive development process.
She also expressed her gratitude for the support accorded to Bahraini women by the government headed by HRH the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, which had a great impact in promoting the advancement of women in all sectors and their active and constructive participation in the national development.
The government also strongly supported achieving gender balance by launching a model that ensures a real and sustainable integration of Bahraini women into the development process.
HH also praised the efforts of the Supreme Council for Women chaired by HRH Princess Sabeeka, which had a wide impact in achieving a qualitative leap in Bahraini women’s development, and their transition from the level of empowerment to a level of progress within all fields.
The achievement was possible by providing continuous support and constant encouragement to Bahraini women in all possible ways, believing in their pivotal role in community development and achieving desired national aspirations.
AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation continues to support and empower the younger generation by introducing many community and educational initiatives targeting young people of both genders, based on a set of values that have been identified in the Foundation.
They include integrity and education as a right for all, the belief in the importance of gender parity and empowering young Bahraini women to achieve national goals.
