Bahrain embraces a rainy start to 2022!

Incessant and sometimes thundery showers drenched the Kingdom all through the day yesterday, giving a break to the dry and dusty condition, as children and grownups came out without inhibitions to enjoy the cool and pleasant spell that started ahead of the New Year celebrations.
Continuous rain also plummeted temperatures down by several degrees, with met officials predicting thundery showers in several areas today also.
The maximum temperature predicted is 24-degree Celsius, and the minimum is 18 degrees today.
People could expect winds up to 17 knots and gusts reaching 30 knots, said the Meteorology department at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunication.
They had also predicted the temperature to decrease gradually and reach 14 degrees by Tuesday.
