HM King, HRH Prince Salman congratulates National Guard

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday received cables of congratulations from the National Guard Commander on the 25th anniversary of the National Guard.

His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa expressed gratitude and loyalty to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister on the national occasion.

The National Guard, he said, has become a pivotal force in the defence and security system of Bahrain, thanks to the vision and support of HM King.

He added: “The constant support of HRH Prince Salman to the National Guard has played a major role in enhancing its preparedness in undertaking its national duties, including safeguarding the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as the safety of its citizens.”

Gen. HH Shaikh Mohammed further reiterated unwavering allegiance to HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

His Majesty the King and HRH Prince Salman sent cables of thanks to Gen.

HH Shaikh Mohammed, hailing the role of the National Guard in protecting the homeland, along with the Bahrain Defence Force and the Public Security.
