A search is ongoing to find a 14-year-old Bahraini girl who went missing from her home in Isa Town more than 36 hours ago on Friday. Southern Governorate Police Directorate said they are investigating the missing.
Police said they started probing the circumstances leading to the incident soon after receiving the missing report. The girl reportedly was last seen when the family were getting ready to go out for a sea trip on Friday at 6 am.
The girl’s mother said they were devastated after coming to know that their daughter had gone missing. The family then made a vain attempt to search for her. “We searched the neighbourhood and other places she could go but could not find her,” the mother told our sister paper Al Ayam.
The girl, reportedly, left without taking her phone. The family has made a desperate plea to the public to help find the young teenage girl, who is now missing for almost two days. If you have any information about the missing person, contact the girl’s family on 66610106.
