GCC chief praises Manama Dialogue conference
Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani expressed pride in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s hosting of the Regional Security Summit –the Manama Dialogue, organised by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). He lauded the support and facilities provided by the Government of Bahrain to ensure the success of international event.
In a statement marking thesummit, Dr. Al Zayani asserted that the continuity of such an important regional summit and the massive participation of officials and experts testify to the importance of the conference as a platform for exchanging views and ideas within an interactive and transparent milieu.
Al Zayani also commended the tremendous efforts exerted by the organisers to ensure the success of the event.
