‘May it slow down your years’ wishes HH Shaikh Nasser to HM King Hamad

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has dropped yet another candid picture with His Majesty King Hamad bin Khalifa Al Khalifa on his Instagram @ nasser13hamad, gaining viral status in about a few minutes.
The picture shows HH Shaikh Nasser and His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa beaming as they share a light moment.
HH Shaikh Nasser is well known for posting candid pictures that give a rare glimpse into the precious moments of the Royal family.
Yesterday’s picture was a tribute to HM the King on his birthday by HH Shaikh Nasser, the representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs.
“May it slow down your years, our beloved, heir, whose families are at the advent of adversity, you are the first in the hearts of the people, and you are the principle and we are all yours,” HH Shaikh Nasser wrote in the accompanying post.
The photo showing lush green meadows in the background went viral in a few minutes of posting.
As we wrote this article, the like count on the post reached more than 25,000 in about 57 minutes after posting. “Happy new year, our father, the king of hearts,” a comment reads thus.
Another says, “May God protect you and give you long life, Lord.”
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, on the throne since the 14th of February 2002 after ruling as Emir of Bahrain from the 6th of March 1999, was born on the 28th of January 1950 in Riffa.
