HM King Hamad appoints Public Prosecution Director General

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued Royal Decree (9) of 2022, appointing Ali Mohammed Ahmed Al Kaabi as Director-General of the Administrative Apparatus at the Public Prosecution.
The Attorney General shall implement the provisions of this decree shall take immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
HM the King issued Royal Decree (8) of 2022 promulgating the issuance of the Executive Regulation of the amended Common Law on Antidumping, Countervailing Measures and Safeguard Measures of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
The Prime Minister and ministers shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
