Bahrain joins Saudi Founding Day festivities

Landmarks across Bahrain lit up in green as part of festivities marking the Founding Day of Saudi Arabia yesterday.
The move reflected strong historic relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
Saudi citizens travelling to Bahrain were welcomed with flowers and the flags of both countries at Bahrain International Airport and King Fahd Causeway.
The Founding Day reflects Saudi deep-rooted history and landmark development strides, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, supported by Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
