Praise for Housing Ministry strong efforts to achieve royal directive

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister has lauded the Housing Ministry for its efforts to achieve His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s royal directive to provide new 40,000 housing units to citizens.
This came as HRH Prince Salman yesterday met with Housing Minister Bassim bin Yacoub Al Hamar, at Gudaibiya Palace, to mark the completion of HM the King’s royal directive.
HM King Hamad’s directives, announced in December 2013, are the basis of development initiatives to benefit citizens and has been a government priority.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister said that collaborative efforts and public-private partnerships have resulted in innovative plans and financial solutions for housing projects which have enhanced the Kingdom’s long-term sustainable development.
He expressed his appreciation to all Ministry of Housing and supporting agency employees for their hard work and commitment to achieve His Majesty’s directive to advance housing and urban development projects.
The Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, attended the meeting.
