HH Shaikh Nasser appoints Banagas board members

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, board Chairman of the Oil and Gas Holding Company (Nogaholding), has issued edicts appointing representatives of Nogaholding in the board of directors of Bahrain National Gas Company (Banagas) and reforming the board of directors of Bahrain National Gas Expansion Company (BNGEC). The edicts stipulate the appointment of Mark Thomas as Banagas board Chairman and Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa as his Deputy.
Abdulrazaq Abdul Hussain Jawahery, Abdullah Al Bastaki and Hala Mafiz were appointed board members. Nogaholding owns 75% of Banagas and is represented by five members of seven in the company’s board of directors. HH Shaikh Nasser issued an edict re-forming the board of directors of BNGEC, which is a fully-owned company by Nogaholding.
The edict stipulates the appointment of Mark Thomas as BNGEC Chairman and Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa as his Deputy. Meanwhile, Abdulrazaq Abdul Hussain Jawahery, Abdullah Al Bastaki and Hala Mafiz were appointed board members.
