HM the King’s directives are beacon of progress for endurance sport: HH Shaikh Nasser

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, Honourary President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) affirmed that the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa are a beacon of progress towards building a strong sports movement to highlight Bahraini capabilities in international competitions.

He also commended the interest and support of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. HH Shaikh Nasser’s remarks came during his meeting to honour the companies, institutions and banks that sponsored His Highness’ International Endurance Championship, in the presence of HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of BREEF, and Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayed, Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs.

His Highness stressed that their support has contributed to the advancement of the authentic legacy of endurance sport as well as aiding the success of the championship. The sponsors are namely Tamkeen, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Huawei Bahrain, Nawaf Mohammed Al Jishi Group, Hashem Al Wadaei Law Firm, Al Salam Bank, Stephane Perennes Bahrain, and ASCON. For their part, the representatives of these companies, institutions, and banks expressed their pride in supporting the championship and participating in boosting the youth and sports sectors in the Kingdom.
