His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), today ordered the disbursement of the annual Ramadan donation to the RHF-sponsored families, marking the Holy Month of Ramadan 2022.

HM the King directed RHF, under the chairmanship of Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and RHF Board of Trustees Chairman, His Highness Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to oversee the disbursement of the gifts to help Bahraini families cater to their needs during the holy month of Ramadan.

On the occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser extended sincere thanks and gratitude to HM the King for his fatherly care and constant keenness to share with the RHF-sponsored families the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadan, and for His Majesty's directives to provide a decent living to them and enable them to provide the needs of their children. HH Shaikh Nasser indicated that this yearly royal gift is in line with HM the King’s keenness to provide a decent life to the Bahraini people as well as care and support to the orphans and widows in order to ensure a stable life for them.

RHF Secretary-General, Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed Al-Ameen, said that HM King Hamad has always been keen on sharing with the RHF-sponsored families on all occasions, including the holy month of Ramadan. He asserted that the royal annual gift emanates from HM the King’s care and aims to ensure stable livelihood for all citizens. HM the King's annual grant benefits more than 11,000 orphans and widows.
