Bahrain to enhance Israel cooperation

Bahrain and Israel are keen on enhancing bilateral cooperation and developing relations in the implementation of the joint action plan.
Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani met in the Negev yesterday with his Israeli counterpart, Yair Lapid, during his visit to Israel at the invitation of the Israeli prime minister.
Dr Al Zayani arrived in Israel to attend a five-way regional summit of foreign ministers that also includes Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the UAE, Sameh Shoukry of Egypt, Nasser Bourita of Morocco and Yair Lapid of Israel.
The Bahrain and Israel officials also reviewed relations and the results achieved within the framework of the Declaration Supporting Peace, the Abraham Accords, memoranda of understanding, and the agreements signed between the two countries.
