Bahraini citizens’ welfare remains top ‘priority’

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with employees from the Ministry of Interior, the Bahrain International Circuit, and other agencies, who have contributed to the success of the 2022 Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix. His Royal Highness highlighted that the Kingdom’s workforce continues to excel in assuming responsibilities across national programmes and projects.

His Royal Highness emphasised that investing in Bahraini citizens remains a priority, and that Bahraini citizens are at the core of all development projects within the Kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.His Royal Highness noted that the Kingdom’s success in hosting the international Formula 1 races, over the past 18 years, is attributed to the relentless efforts of the Kingdom’s national workforce.

In this regard, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad extended his sincere gratitude and appreciation to the employees working at the Bahrain International Circuit, and employees from across various supportive agencies, whose efforts have contributed to the success of this year’s international event and race.

For their part, the employees from across multiple agencies expressed their sincere gratitude to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, noting that HRH’s continued support is hugely appreciated and remains a motivation for working to secure the success of the races.The Minister of Interior, HE General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended.
