Bahrain Spring of Culture Festival concludes on a high note

The 16th Spring of Culture Festival concluded yesterday at the Bahrain National Theatre with an exceptional concert “Manama Mon Amour” that brought together two musicians from the West and the East.
Poetry by Adeline, The Marriage of Love, Zina and Amman, and updated pieces for the songs of Abdel Halim Hafez and Dalida were some of the presentations that kept the audience spellbound.
The Spring of Culture Festival was launched at the Bahrain National Theater on February 25, in commemoration of the birth of the Arab traveller Ibn Battuta, and on Arab Tourism Day, with the contemporary dance show “Akhenaten.. Dust of Light” by Walid Awni and presented by the Modern Theater Dance Troupe from Dar Egyptian Opera.
