Abdulla Mohammed defeated Abdulrahman Janahi in a thrilling three-set match in the men’s singles 7-6(8-6), 4-6, 7-6(12-10) in the latest matches of the 67th Indian Club Open Tennis Championship at its premises in Gudaibiya.
In another match in that category, Rashid Obaidi was a 6-1, 6-4 winner over Ronald Anacin.
Action in the veterans doubles saw Cassius Pereira and Romy defeat Manny Zafra and Billy Rivera 6-1, 6-3.
