Ministry announces scholarships in Japan

The Ministry of Education announced the scholarships in Japanese universities for 2014-2015. The applicants should be secondary school graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 90 per cent or above to study bachelor degree in sociology, humanities, law, political or social sciences, pedagogy, history, arts, Japanese language, economics, business administration.
The Directorate of Scholarships and Attaches said the grant will be for five years for students interested in humanities and natural sciences starting from April 2016 and ending in March 2021, in addition to one preparatory year to learn the Japanese language.
The Directorate said applicants are welcome at the Directorate's reception in the Ministry of Education's Customer Service Centre, in Isa Town, by tomorrow
Applicants must bring the required proof documents: secondary school certificate, passport and ID card, fill in the relevant application form and should enclose the required attachments with the application.
