If you are interested in running a marketing campaign for Bahrain International Airshow 2022, the chance is now open. The Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has launched a tender for hiring a company to run a local advertisement promotion campaign to attract visitors to BIAS 2022 that takes place from November 9 to 11.
Organised by the Bahrain Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and the Royal Bahraini Airforce in association with Farnborough International, the show provides exhibitors with an opportunity to network with high-level VIP decision-makers.
With over 140 companies expected to exhibit across the defence, space, business and aviation sectors, the boutique aerospace event offers visitors the opportunity to strengthen existing business connections and meet key with global senior decision-makers and stakeholders of aerospace businesses. BIAS is renowned for its luxury, purpose-built chalets, enabling businesses to entertain guests and hot high-level meetings in a private environment, says the tender description.
The ready-built chalets fitted to the highest specifications are positioned adjacent to the static aircraft park and parallel to the runway providing unrivalled views of the display. “We’re proud to have established BIAS as a key event in the aerospace and defence calendar and we aim to build upon the success of the 2018 instalment, which saw more than 54,000 trade visitors, 11 of the top 15 global aerospace companies attending and over $5 billion worth of aerospace orders and commitments confirmed across the three days,” Kamal Ahmed, the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications had said.
How to make bids? To take up the campaign, interested parties should have ten years of experience and an average annual income of at least BD200,000. Those who qualify should make their bids before the 15th of this month through the tender board, with a BD1,000 bond and BD50 tender fees.
