Bahrain Bourse honours TradeQuest top finalists

High school and university students taking part in the 2021-2022 TradeQuest Program were honoured yesterday at a ceremony with top finalists receiving a total of BD30,000 cash reward. The final TradeQuest Awards Ceremony was held yesterday at BIBF’s Auditorium under the patronage of the Central Bank of Bahrain, and in the presence of CBB Governor Rasheed Mohammed Al Maraj and Bahrain Bourse Chairman Abdulkarim Ahmed Bucheery.
It was attended by students, investment advisors, senior representatives from sponsoring organisations, and senior officials from the Ministry of Education. The top three winners from the Private Schools category were as follows: First Place: Ibn Khuldoon National School, Second Place: St Christopher’s School, and Third Place: Al Noor International School.
Top three winners from the Government Schools category were as follows: First Place: Jidhafs Secondary Girls School, Second Place: West Riffa Secondary Girls School, and Third Place: Al Noor Secondary Girls School. The top three winners from the Universities category were as follows: First place: BIBF, Second Place: British University of Bahrain, and Third Place: Bahrain Polytechnic.
Al Maraj delivered a speech where he emphasised on the importance of the TradeQuest Program in enriching students’ knowledge on financial markets, and developing their skills to better prepare them for their future careers.
