HRH Prince Salman urges government agencies and service centres to enhance quality, efficient services

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has directed government agencies and service centres to continue embracing initiatives that enhance the quality and efficiency of government services.
HRH Prince Salman was speaking as he chaired yesterday the weekly Cabinet meeting at Gudaibiya Palace. In this regard, the Cabinet reviewed a memorandum by the Government Executive Committee on the third edition of the “Taqyeem” evaluation program for the year 2021, which included 86 government centres, of which 19 were awarded a gold classification, and six centres were awarded a silver classification.
It expressed appreciation to the centres that achieved gold and silver classifications, and for their excellence in the services they deliver to citizens and residents. The Cabinet also urged all government service centres to continue to strive for optimal service delivery.
Wishes for success
The Cabinet extended its best wishes for success to all students sitting their final examinations, for the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year. The Cabinet commended the efforts of the Ministry of Education for its developmental plans and programmes to create an appropriate educational environment for students.
It directed the Ministry of Education and the Higher Education Council to provide the necessary facilities to ensure students conveniently complete their exams.
