UniGrad now IGNOU’s authorised centre in Bahrain

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), termed as India’s people’s university, and also the largest university in the world with over 3.5 million students, has tied up with UniGrad Education Centre, Bahrain.
In an official ceremony held at the university campus in New Delhi, IGNOU Vice-Chancellor Prof Nageshwar Rao declared UniGrad as the university’s authorised centre in Bahrain. UniGrad Chairman J P Menon, IGNOU’s International Division Director, Prof Jitendrakumar Srivastava and University Registrar Ashok Chaube took part in the ceremony.
In the presence of the Minister of External Affairs and Education (State), Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, the Vice-Chancellor introduced J P Menon to the major portfolio holders of IGNOU, a statement issued by UniGrad Education Centre said.
All students, who wish to pursue higher education while staying in the Kingdom can now apply at UniGrad for IGNOU’s degree and postgraduate programmes. UniGrad gives equal importance to academic and extra-curricular activities encompassing sports and music for affordable fees.
