Indian School Bahrain students secure above 97% in class 12, 99% in class 10 in CBSE exams

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in India released their CBSE class 10 and 12 results, where two students from the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh managed a perfect score of 500 out of 500.
The two students who topped the class 12 exams of 2022 are Tanya Singh and Yuvakshi Vig. The pass percentage this year touched 92.71% in class 12 exams. A total of 33,423 students have scored above 95%, while 1.34,000 students have scored above 90%.
Announcing class 10 results, CBSE said the overall pass percentage for CBSE class 10 results has gone down as compared to the previous year’s 99.04 per cent. This year’s pass percentage is 94.40. A total of 2,109,208 candidates registered for class 10 exams, of which, 1,976,668 students have passed. The results are available on the official websites cbseresults. nic.in and cbse.gov.in.
ISB bags 97.44% in Class 12
Indian School Bahrain said they achieved an overall pass percentage of 97.44% in Class 12 results, where 624 students sat for the exam in two terms. The board held the exams in two terms this year, considering the likely impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the students.
School Toppers: Anna Saju Mullappilly (98.2%, 491/500), Dwaraka Thiyakarajan (98%, 490/500), Bavya Koppal, Dikpaal Prakashbhai Patel and Leo Thomas Dominic (96.6%, 483/500). This year 21 students got A1 in all subjects.
Science Toppers: Science Toppers : Dikpaal Prakashbhai Patel and Leo Thomas Dominic (96.6%, 483/500), John Abraham and Navneeth (96%, 480/500) and Ezekiel Moses Sequeira and Genga Devi Ganesan (95.6%, 478/500).

99.62% in Class 10 results
ISB attained a pass percentage of 99.62 in the CBSE Class 10 results after 789 students appeared for the exam. The school said 21 students secured A1 in all subjects. Haifa Mohamed Shiraz and Mariam Thomas shared the top position in the school with 99 % (495 out of 500) -- the highest ever score in school. Rinz Loji scoring 97.8 % of marks (489) is the second topper, while Theerdha Hareesh and Swathy Suresh shared the third place, scoring 97.4% (487 out of 500). ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan, Secretary Saji Antony, Member Academics Mohammed Khursheed Alam, Members of the Executive Committee and Principal VR Palaniswamy congratulated the students, teachers and parents for the excellent results.
