HM King Hamad visits BDF General Command; expresses pride in BDF, personnel

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, today paid a visit to the General Command of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). HM the King was accompanied by the National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, Major General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Upon arrival, HM King Hamad was welcomed by the Minister of Defence, Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, and senior officers.
While meeting senior officers, HM the King, the Supreme Commander, was briefed about the development plans of the BDF branches and installations. HM the King expressed pride in the BDF and its loyal brave personnel, who are the fortified shied of the nation and its civilisational march and unity.
HM the King also praised the remarkable competence of the BDF staff and commended their outstanding valor and courage in all the tasks entrusted to them, stressing that they are always up to the responsibility and merit trust and appreciation.
HM the King, the Supreme Commander, requested senior officers to convey his greetings to all the BDF affiliates at various work sites.
