Five Bahraini students passed the Gulf Camp for Artificial Intelligence in public education training with flying colours.
The students are Hussain Abdul-Amir Al-Aali from Shaikh Abdullah bin Issa Industrial School for Boys; Hussain Ali Matar from Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Institute of Technology; Fahd Saud Al-Mutawa from Shaikh Abdullah bin Issa Industrial School for Boys; Maria Abdulaziz Abdul Majeed from Al Marefa Secondary School for Girls; and Yousef Ali Yousef from Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Institute of Technology.
They completed three weeks of extensive eight-hour-perday training through six curricula. Specialists from the Gulf Observatory for Artificial Intelligence in Education organised the programme in coordination with the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States.
Dr Muhammad Mubarak bin Ahmed, Director General of School Affairs and Member of the Executive Council of the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States, congratulated the Bahrainis for this achievement.
He stressed that their educational attainment and the scientific and practical experiences they achieve through the educational system were a basis for passing the training requirements to join other fellow students from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
The training camp was approved by government schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr Ahmed also extended his thanks and appreciation to all the educational supervisors who provided support and assistance to the students throughout the training camp period.
