Information Minister praises Bahraini women historic progress

Information Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi expressed his congratulations to HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of HM the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW) on the 21st anniversary of the establishment of the SCW.
 
The minister stressed that the SCW is a historical milestone in promoting Bahraini women's progress and their contributions nationally and internationally as an equal partner in the comprehensive and sustainable development process.
 
He expressed his appreciation to HRH Princess Sabeeka for her efforts and great impact on Bahraini women's achievements internationally. He emphasized his pride in the SCW initiatives that strengthened societal stability, women's exercise of their rights and holding the highest executive, legislative, judicial and media positions.
 
Dr. Al Nuaimi said that the ministry is proud of the distinguished women serving in the national media in its various sectors, and stressed the ministry’s support to all female employees as partners in achievements.
