Bahrain keen to strengthen ties with Burundi

The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has emphasised further strengthening bilateral relations and joint cooperation with the Republic of Burundi across various fields to achieve common goals.
HRH Prince Salman yesterday met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation of Burundi, Albert Shingiro, at Riffa Palace, and welcomed him to Bahrain.
The Minister expressed his appreciation to HRH the Deputy King for his continuous commitment to strengthening bilateral relations, and wished the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Isa bin Salman Charity Educational Endowment, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, also attended the meeting.
