His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has commended His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his efforts to improve the performance of public institutions and government departments, contributing effectively to optimising national gains.

HM the King held a meeting with HRH Prince Salman yesterday at Al Sakhir Palace to discuss important local as well as international issues.

His Majesty reviewed the landmark achievements attained by the Kingdom, as a result of the ongoing comprehensive development process it is witnessing at all levels to better serve the nation and its citizens.

On the new academic year, HM King Hamad wished the students, teachers and the administrative staff in the Kingdom every success, commending the tremendous efforts exerted by the Ministry of Education and all its affiliates and entities to serve education in Bahrain.

Egypt meeting

HM the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister reviewed the good results of the consultative meeting hosted by Egypt last week.

His Majesty lauded the fruitful outcomes of the high-profile meeting, which contributes to further enhancing joint Arab action, supporting Arab interests and strengthening the pillars of security and stability in the region.

He expressed thanks and appreciation to Egypt President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi for hosting the meeting, commending him and other participating leaders to ensure its success.

HM the King praised the progress boom currently witnessed by Egypt, under President Al Sisi’s leadership, citing the mega development projects implemented across the country, affirming the country’s pivotal role as a cornerstone of the region’s security and stability, as well as that of the joint Arab action at all levels.

Fruitful talks

HM King Hamad also expressed pride in the positive outcomes of his recent visit to France, where HM held fruitful talks with President Emmanuel Macron.

His Majesty noted that the visit will boost the robust strategic bilateral relations and partnership, as well as bolster the solid cooperation and joint action between the two friendly countries and their peoples at all levels.

HM the King expressed appreciation to President Macron for the warm welcome accorded to HM during the visit.
