Leaders’ support for Bahraini youth hailed

Social Development Minister Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf has stressed that Bahraini youth’s presence at the social level has been consolidated during His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s comprehensive development process.
He also lauded the close follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, as well as the constant support of HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The Minister made the statements while patronising yesterday the ceremony held by the Youth Pioneer Society at the Diplomat Hotel, marking its tenth anniversary. Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, diplomats, national personalities and board members of civil society organisations attended the ceremony.
Khalaf commended the efforts exerted by the Youth Pioneer Society to support Bahraini youth, citing its keenness to create a positive and inspiring environment for youth to launch their initiatives and enterprises. He also highlighted the Social Development Ministry’s ongoing support for civil society organisations, given their important role as essential partners to government institutions in developing society. During the ceremony, the achievements of the Youth Pioneer Society over the past decade were highlighted, and its sponsors were honoured.
