Intensive training for new police staff conducted

The Police Training Institute at the Royal Academy of Police (RAP) has organized an orientation meeting for the 20th batch of the newly appointed police personnel. The meeting, organized in cooperation with the Personnel Affairs Directorate in Human Resources and the Directorate of Health and Social Affairs, is within the framework of introducing the training program and its educational and training materials that comply with the principles of the police.
The program is based on the development and modernization strategy in the Ministry of Interior to improve security work, enhance the readiness to deal with incidents professionally and to perform the entrusted duties with the required efficiency.
The Police Training Institute Commander said that the event highlighted the contents of the education and training programs and the grading system.
