Bahrain will witness a partial solar eclipse on October 25, 2022, said Ali Majeed Al-Hajri, a Bahraini astronomer and researcher. This is the second partial solar eclipse this year. It is visible from most of Europe, northern Africa, the Middle East, and western parts of Asia.
In Bahrain, the eclipse will stay for two hours, 18 minutes and two seconds, said Al Hajri. The celestial dance, Al Hajri said, will start at 01:32 pm and will peak after an hour and 12 minutes at 02:44 pm. It ends at 03:55 pm. Al Hajri also pointed out that the last partial solar eclipse Bahrain witnessed was on the 26th of December 2019. Bahrain, he said, will also witness a false lunar eclipse on the 8th of November 2022.
