Solar to power Manama Central Market

Renewable energy will soon light up the premises of the 40-year-old Manama Central Market that deals in fresh produce.
Capital Municipality, in a tender launched, says it aims to fix Solar Flood Lights, Solar Street Lights and LED High Bay Lights at the market.
The municipality is offering a six-month contract for completing the work. A successful bidder should also complete all other related works required for the project.
Interested contractors should bid before the 5th of October 2022, with a BD500 bond and BD30 tender fees.
