BCICAI conducts first in-person technical seminar for 2022-23 term

The Bahrain Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (BCICAI) successfully conducted its first in-person technical seminar for the term 2022-23 at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Spa and Residence which was well attended by over 150 professional members of BCICAI. The technical session, “Impactful Leadership – The rewarding transformation from CA to Leader”, was conducted by CA Binod Shankar, a Dubai-based Executive Coach, keynote speaker, CFA charter holder and host of The Real Finance Mentor.
The technical event was preceded by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the term of 2021-22 headed by the then Chairperson CA Santhosh Varghese. In the AGM, the matters related to the previous term were discussed and the outgoing committee and sub-committee members were recognised for their contribution in the Chapters’ sustainability and growth. For BCICAI, this is just the beginning of an action-packed journey that the new team shall be taking in the months ahead under the stewardship of CA Sharmila Shet, the first woman Chairper son of the Bahrain Chapter.
