The stage is set for the first-of-its-kind regional initiative to develop young talents in Bahrain.
As part of royal directives, Hope Fund launched Hope Talents program to support the growth and transformational journey of high-achieving youth sector in Bahrain.
“The launch of Hope Talents is the evolution of national efforts to attract and support young talents, who are the pillars of our nation,” Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Aymen bin Tawfeeq Almoayed said.
“It is our privilege to implement the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to invest in skilled talents and encourage their progression as they contribute to the Kingdom’s growth and development, and to realise the vision of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to invest in the Kingdom’s human capital.”
Almoayed, who is also Hope Fund chairman, added: “Hope Talents is a unique initiative that is in line with the strategy of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, that aims to focus on high-achieving national competencies in order to develop their talents and advance the youth sector in the Kingdom.”
Hope Talents aims to recognise high-calibre talents in Bahrain, create a community of support and networking, and identify suitable career placement opportunities by facilitating organisational growth by providing employers with vetted talents.
It encourages fresh graduates or working professionals to apply to the national database, where they will receive a unique opportunity for national and international placements, career growth and mobility, professional development through networking and workshops, and internship schemes.
