Bahraini royals visit Indian families to mark Diwali

On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, yesterday visited a number of families to mark the festival of Diwali.
He conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the Kavalani, Vaidya, Kewalram, Asarpota, and Muljimal families on this occasion.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman expressed his best wishes to the families on the festival and praised their contributions to the Kingdom’s multicultural environment.
The families expressed their gratitude for HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s commitment to engaging all segments of Bahrain’s community and promoting the values of communication and coexistence.
They also expressed their gratitude for HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman’s visit, and wished the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and development.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman was accompanied on the visits by a number of senior officials.
He said that the Kingdom’s core values of compassion, tolerance and openness, reflect the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the ongoing support of HRH Prince Salman.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman noted the Kingdom’s principles of coexistence and pluralism, which are cornerstones of its rich heritage and history.
His Highness affirmed that Bahrain is a melting pot of cultural diversity, where the values of communication, coexistence, and religious diversity are evident.
