Massive turnout for ISB mega fair and food festival at Isa Town

Indian Embassy Second Secretary Ravi Kumar Jain, Yusuf Yaqoob Lori (Director of Information and FollowUp), ISB Chairman Prince S Natarajan, Secretary Saji Antony, Vice-Chairman Jayafar Maidani, Executive Committee Members Premalatha NS, Adv. Binu Mannil Varughese, Rajesh M.N, Ajayakrishnan V, Mohammad Khursheed Alam, Mohammad Nayaz Ullah, Principal VR Palaniswamy, Riffa Campus Principal Pamela Xavier, Fair General Convenor Shanavas P.K, Vice-Principals and Fair Committee office- bearers were present at the ceremony.

Earlier upon his arrival, the Indian Ambassador and other special guests were given a reception accompanied by the school band.

In his address, Indian Ambassador Piyush Srivastava appreciated the academic excellence of the Indian School, its organisational skills and the dedication of the teachers.

The Indian Ambassador said that the Indian School is able to provide excellent education to students from India and other countries on a non-profit basis.

Every year, the Indian School gives fee concessions to around 1,000 deserving students.

Prince Natarajan presented a memento to Ambassador Srivastava, following which well-known singers from India Siddharth Menon, Mridula Varrier, Sachin Warrier, Avani, Vishnu Siva and Abdul Samad entertained the audience at the Mega Fair.

Fayis Ashraf Ali, who is biking his way to London to cover 30,000km, reached the venue of the Mega Fair and greeted the audience.

Members of Pleasure Riders Bahrain also visited the mega fair venue offering support.

Highlights of the concluding day of the Fair include a musical night led by Bollywood singer Bhoomi Trivedi and team.
