The Indian Ladies Association (ILA) celebrated the Children’s Day with Sneha kids and volunteers at the Indian Embassy. It was a special occasion at the ILA Ayurveda garden inaugurated earlier this year.

Sneha kids, along with five volunteers, two coordinators, two helpers, and one teacher, arrived at 9:30am and had a funfilled passing parcel game.

It was followed by an art activity with ILA patron Mrs Monika Srivastava and Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom Bahrain Piyush Srivastava, who actively took part in the event and enjoyed it with the kids and Excom members.

A special healthy cake was lovingly baked by Ms Ekta Sethi for the Sneha kids. Amongst the special guest was Mrs Meera Ravi. All the Sneha kids enjoyed the cake cutting followed by a very thoughtful gift to each of them and snacks by the Indian Embassy.

Sneha kids also sowed seeds for new plants at the Aila Ayurveda Garden, which has flourished into a beautiful lush green corner with many medicinal plants. Mrs Monika also arranged special chocolates for Sneha kids followed by tea for all the Excom members and invited guests.
