Focus on Bahrain-Saudi infrastructure cooperation

Bahrain and Saudi Arabia are keen to strengthen cooperation in the infrastructure sector. This came as Works Minister Ibrahim bin Hasan Al Hawaj held a meeting with the Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Saleh bin Nasser Al Jasser to discuss issues of mutual interest pertaining to infrastructure.

Al Hawaj pointed out Bahrain’s keenness on keeping abreast of urban development through continuous development of its road network. The Minister was also informed about the main initiatives carried out by Saudi Arabia in developing the road infrastructure.

He stressed deep fraternal relations between the two countries and their steady growth thanks to the care and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

He also commended continuous follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Al Hawaj affirmed the advanced status attained by both countries in terms of traffic safety.
