Bahrain made its debut in the World Talent Ranking (WTR) issued by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) World Competitiveness Centre, ranking 35th globally.

Bahrain’s inclusion in the rankings reinforces the Kingdom’s unwavering commitment to developing its human capital and competitively positioning its talent hub internationally.

The Kingdom ranked in the top 15 countries globally across 13 indicators.

The WTR assesses the extent to which nations develop, attract and retain talent, ranking 63 countries across three factors (Investment and Development, Appeal, & Readiness).

These factors are measured by both hard data and survey responses from an executive opinion survey that was disseminated to the private sector.

The report highlighted how skilled Bahrain’s labor force is, ranking the Kingdom 5th globally in the Skilled Labor indicator.

Bahrain’s talent possesses a robust financial skill set which resulted in the Kingdom leading the Arab World and ranking 7th globally in the Finance Skills indicator.

From a linguistic perspective, enterprises can expect Bahraini talent to meet and exceed their expectations, a matter that was fortified by Bahrain leading the Arab World and ranking 11th globally in the Language Skills indicator.
